Helen Chapman, 16, has heard today (23rd December) that she has been called up to join the under 19 girls England team.  She will start training with the team in January.

Helen, who started playing rugby 3 years ago with Crawley under 16  girls' team is excited at joining the England squad.  Dad Paul, mum Sheila and brother Jack, (all heavily involved with Crawley RFC),  are thrilled for Helen, but it has made Christmas for Grandfather Jack Chapman (senior), who was first team captain and club captain twice back in the 60's!
